1. Added a "Draw x350" option for both hero and weapon draws.

[Improvements & Adjustments]
1. Replaced the Recovery Rate attribute on all equipment with Dodge Rate. If the equipment already had Dodge Rate, Recovery Rate is now replaced with Crit Rate instead. Going forward, forged equipment will no longer have the Recovery Rate attribute.
2. Chip crafting now uses the Chip Mold item only. If you run out, you can buy more with Diamonds (weekly limit applies).
3. Resetting your Battleship class will now always cost 2,000 Diamonds. The price no longer increases with each reset.
4. Lowered the point requirements for unlocking difficulties and personal rewards in the Pirate Onslaught event, while boosting the Guild Coin rewards.
5. Improved the visuals and rewards of the Ultimate Captain event.
6. Daily and weekly tasks that require raiding Specter Force tasks now have a "Go" button to quickly find eligible targets.
7. Streamlined the fragment trading experience in Specter Treasures.
8. Increased the march speed of rallying fleets in United Front.
9. Improved how player info is displayed in battle reports.
10. Presidential Declarations can now be translated.

[Fixes]
1. Fixed the incorrect button text when activating a Protective Shield on the Base Bonuses screen.
2. Fixed an issue where guild announcements would repeatedly pop up when switching chat channels.
3. Fixed an issue where deleting one chat message would sometimes delete others.
4. Fixed an issue where the Radiation Bay expedition would sometimes get stuck.
5. Fixed a display issue with the guild donation rankings.
