Dinsun Review
This is how you do a puzzle game. It’s clean, it’s consistent, and it respects the player's intelligence. The mechanic of laying tracks to get cars into the engine in a specific sequence starts simple but quickly turns into a brain-melting logic exercise. I appreciate that there's no timer—it's a conservative design that allows you to sit there and stare at the screen until the solution clicks.
The presentation is top-notch. It looks like a high-end comic book and the music doesn't get annoying even when you're stuck on a level for twenty minutes. It’s a bit steep for a mobile game price-wise, but the quality justifies it. It doesn't quite reach 'The Witness' levels of genius, but it’s a solid, honest game that doesn't rely on gimmicks. I’m giving it a 76—it’s excellent, but I’m a hard grader and I think some of the late-game levels are a bit too obtuse.
