[Unlocking Requirement]: After your nation has been open for at least 121 days.
[Feature Introduction]
• Artifacts now have [Runestone] slots. Equip [Runestones] to gain attribute bonuses for the corresponding Class.
• [Runestone Upgrade]: Consume materials to level up Runestones and gain additional attribute bonuses.
• [Runestone Tier-up]: Tiering up a Runestone unlocks its level cap and grants additional attribute bonuses.
• [Runestone Resonance]:
- Resonance effects are activated when equipped Runestones meet the requirements.
- When the quantity and star level of Runestones equipped on a single Artifact meet the requirements, the Artifact's Resonance Level increases, unlocking additional bonuses.
