Def. awesome, but could be a bit more generous
Thu Sep 19 2024 StratbluesmanSo I love this game, the style, the vibe, the art, but no doubt you will find yourself stuck because some of these are really tough. I have no problem with that and also no problem purchasing a few hints however they could be a little more generous and say, give you at least one hint per puzzle, or give you more hints per purchase. I’m pretty good at these kind of things and I’ve already had to buy two hint packets and I’m not even through the game yet. Again, I have no problem supporting this kind of awesome game. Another thing that would be good is if you could save each puzzle so you can pick away at each one instead of having to finish one without going to the next one and starting over. Some of the differences are very vague, shadowy, etc.. I’m still giving it a five star but could be a little more generous with the hints.
Beautiful graphics
Sat Feb 08 2025 jamiethepersonLove this game! Challenging but fun and fair. Few friendly suggestions…1. Would love to see the guesses require a double-tap. I often touch the screen by mistake and it counts as a guess. 2. The fact that it doesn’t save within-level progress when I exit the app is frustrating. I’ll find 9/10 differences, leave the app, and come back to find I’m at 0/10. 3. I’m all for minimalism, but using random symbols for nav is a bit much. It would still look beautiful and sleek if you had the word “menu” there instead of like ₽. 🙏
Do the “magic eye” trick
Sun Nov 10 2024 SharpleafPretty game, nice music.
I’d suggest the devs prevent holding the phone sideways because if you do that, you can cross your eyes a bit and once the doubles meet in the middle, all the differences stick out.
Like the way you do old magic eye books where you look “through” the page, and the patterns double. Then when the patterns match the 3D image reveals itself? Well, do that here and the differences appear as odd, ghosted spots. Can literally finish a level in 30 seconds or less.
You were doing so well
Wed Nov 27 2024 Alini3I played thru the first chapter and then you tell me it’s 4.99 for the rest of the game. I have no problem paying for games but just charge me the 4.99 upfront don’t hit me ten levels in with no warnings. Just saying in app purchases is different then requiring a payment after we have been playing I love the graphics and music but this really annoyed me. What’s next a bill for $10 to do the last half of the game?
Some of the differences are just slight shading difference in the color and with my phone it’s very hard to identify even when a hint had to be used to call it out
Neat little game
Mon Aug 19 2024 DoubleCrustPieReminds me of those spot-the-differences comics in the newspaper. Definitely tries to be relaxing, zero action. Love all the little scenes and the soundtrack. Lets you play the first bunch of levels and then the rest are an IAP. Definitely give it a try. Only nitpick is the intro video implies you're recoloring the world and maybe exploring or something but its 100% colorized spot-the-difference, so it doesn't make sense.
Great but,
Fri Aug 23 2024 ZexkoI knew I would love this game from the demo it lets you play. From the art work to the hard but actually easy things I miss. Everything is nice. I even bought the game for $2 basically but I was very disappointed when, even though I had bought the full game, it still wanted to charge me for hints. Just the pet peeve but I hate when you buy a full game. Even on console or pc and it makes you pay for extra things. Other than that great game. Hopefully a second one comes out with even more levels!
All about the hints! Don’t pay for first unlock, because it just becomes impossible! PAYWALL GAME
Thu Apr 24 2025 _Me_!Unfortunately it seems that once you pay to unlock the game, it become ridiculously difficult, what was fun for the first 10 or so levels becomes redundant and purposefully impossible so you feel the need to spend money on hints! Avoid because what they call different is literally a shade difference in color and so obscure that they purposely have one item that is impossible to find without a hint. Why entice us to pay a small fee to unlock something that is impossible once you pay it! People hate paywalls! Avoid
Great except for a couple things
Sun Nov 10 2024 petillanteThe art is lovely and it's fun and relaxing to zoom in and search for tiny differences. My main complaint is that I'd like to be able to leave the app and come back and continue working on a level rather than needing to finish it all in one sitting. Secondly I appreciate the hints but I wish they were more vague. I don't really want the difference directly pointed out to me, I still want to work for it a bit. The current hints feel more like checking an answer key.
Boring
Thu Sep 26 2024 JaraivyNice simple graphics. Soft music. Too easy. After the demo you can spend $1.99 for I believe 96 more levels. It took me between 2-4 minutes to finish each level in the demo. Each level is really kinda empty with only a handful of graphics so it’s easy to find what’s wrong when you only need to find 5. Not really sure what would be left after you finish all the levels. I guess you’re just done with the game 🤷🏽♀️
Micro transacted 🤬
Sat Jul 12 2025 Zach MariusThe game looks gorgeous and is wonderfully soothing. Until you hit a snag and need a hint. Then you must pay for the privilege of getting a hint. Even after paying to unlock all the levels. Then game uses unfamiliar symbols and one wrong press uses a hint. Additionally if you’re taking a long time to find the next clue the game pushes you to use hints (when it knows the hints are limited). Finally, some of the differences are just a shade difference which some color blind people can’t even see.
Unhappy, don’t buy, unless changes are made.
