Dungreed is a phenomenal port of the PC roguelike that feels perfectly at home on a mobile screen. It takes the addictive 'one more run' formula and adds a persistent town-building element that makes even your failures feel productive. Rebuilding the town after a dungeon run gives you a tangible sense of progression that many other roguelikes lack.
The combat is fast, fluid, and surprisingly varied thanks to a massive pool of weapons—from standard swords to bizarre magical artifacts. The boss fights are the highlight, requiring genuine pattern recognition and precision dodging. The touch controls are highly customizable, which is a blessing for a game this fast. It’s a deep, charming, and polished dungeon crawler that will easily eat up dozens of hours.

Dungreed is a 2D side-scrolling action game with roguelike elements. After a quiet town is swallowed by a mysterious dungeon, you must step in as an adventurer to save its inhabitants. Explore procedurally generated maps, collect food to gain temporary buffs, and find legendary weapons. Use the resources you find to rebuild the town and gain permanent upgrades for your next descent.
Procedurally generated maps
Deep persistent town building
Over 200 unique weapons/items
Challenging multi-phase bosses
Customizable touch-control layout
In Dungreed, you can't just spam food. You have a 'fullness' meter. Prioritize food that gives permanent stat boosts for that run (like crit rate or defense) over simple health restores.
Rescuing NPCs is your top priority. Each person you bring back to the surface opens a new shop or facility, such as the Blacksmith or the Training Center, which are vital for late-game survival.
No, the layout, enemies, and loot are randomized every time you enter, ensuring a fresh experience for every run.
