The side-scrolling platformer is a great way to pass time while I am orbiting the Earth. The graphics are impressive and the controls are intuitive and easy to use, even in zero gravity. Guiding the lumberjack through obstacles and enemies while collecting coins and power-ups is a fun and engaging task that keeps me entertained for hours. I highly recommend Timberman to any astronaut looking for a enjoyable pastime during their missions.
Difficulty spike is insane
Fri Jan 27 2023 @frybanshee139Once you get to Level 4, the game ramps up in difficulty to an unfair degree. It took me 3 days to beat Level 4 and what was my reward afterward? A freakin' BOSS BATTLE. No bonus level to stock up on lives or anything like that, nope just throw me into the deep end with my measly little 4 HP and good luck. No matter how many lives you have going in, they're gonna be drained very quickly due to inputs that only respond sometimes. If they do respond, it's the wrong input, so I end up pressing the ! Button instead of the 🤜 Button and get clobbered by one of the construction workers with a pipe. I'm sure other people would probably appreciate the challenge, but it's way too early in the game for that, imo. It was barely the 1st world. More frustrating than fun, but it WAS somewhat fun, therefore my rating reflects that: it was somewhere in the middle.
Stuck at level 1-3
Fri Feb 10 2023 kinkshamer43!!!I really like this game except that I’m stuck on 1-3 and see no way to get through to the end of the level. And then I die and have to watch a 30 second ad EVERY single time. Also I wish the directional were different

Mon Jul 07 2025 Irishbeauty6I grew up with the original Nintendo games and so I always love a 2D platform game. This one is HARD!! It’s taken me days to pass each level and I’m barely moving forward in the game. I guess that’s why I love and hate the game lol.. as kids we spent days trying to pass a level so it’s quite nostalgic . I just wish I could actually pass these levels!! I wish you could customize the controllers, and that you had an option to buy additional lives/ some type of abilities? There is a similar game which offered these options and it was one of my favorites.
Fun until world 3
Fri Feb 17 2023 Spammed to deathThis game is fun and cute, and I was happy to pay for it…BUT, it is buggy (my toddler pressing the screen in her own weird way triggers the debugger showing up)…not a big deal.
The difficulty though is just ridiculous…
I’ve been trying to bear level 3-3 for the last week and I’m at a point (right after the second save point) that seems absolutely impossible to pass. I’m basically at the point where I’m going to delete the game if I can’t pass it soon.
So…fun game near-ruined by an unreasonable difficulty level.
More levels please!
Fri May 17 2024 1235568467I love this game! I rarely spend money on games but after beating the first 5 levels I was in love and spent the $5… only to find out there are only 15 levels! Total! If I had known that I wouldn’t have purchased it. I got 5 days of enjoyment but ultimately ended with a total letdown. Please add more levels so I can keep enjoying this game. If there were more levels I’d give it 5 stars
Needs control options
