I've never cared for real golf—too much walking—but Stickman Golf has been a staple of my mobile library for a decade. It’s basically a puzzle game masquerading as a sport. You aren't just hitting a ball; you're calculating wind, trajectory, and when to pop a power-up to keep from falling into a pit of spikes.
It’s a conservative design that hasn't changed much since the first entry, and I'm okay with that. It works. The courses are clever, often requiring you to think outside the box. However, the stickman aesthetic is getting a bit long in the tooth. It’s functional but lacks any real visual flair. The real draw here is the 'just one more try' loop, which is as strong as ever. It's a reliable, sturdy piece of software that respects your time and rewards your precision.
