When building tall towers, always keep a wide base. Goo balls are flexible, so your structure will sway; use the 'whistle' to attract goo to the side that needs extra weight to counter the leaning.
Common Grey Goo is permanent once placed, but Green Goo can be detached and moved. Use this to your advantage to 'crawl' your way across gaps by recycling your building blocks.
