Spooky Cat in IOS

Spooky Cat is a delightful 'stealth-action' puzzler that feels like a mix of Untitled Goose Game and a classic ghost story. Playing as a spectral feline who can possess inanimate objects to scare off 'bullies' and 'thieves' is a fantastic premise. The physics-based interactions—like possessing a vase to smash it or a TV to turn it on at max volume—provide a lot of emergent comedy. It’s less about 'horror' and more about 'mischief,' which makes it perfect for all ages.

The level design is surprisingly varied, taking you from suburban homes to high-security museums. The 'possession' mechanic is fluid; jumping from a chair to a lamp to a suit of armor feels snappy. While the graphics are simple (low-poly Yso Corp style), the character animations for the scared humans are hilarious. It’s a great example of a simple mechanic executed with a lot of personality. My only gripe is the occasional ad interruption, but for a free-to-play title, the 'Remove Ads' IAP is well worth it for the uninterrupted ghostly chaos.
