Dinsun Review

If you liked Banished, this is essentially a spiritual successor with more 'stuff.' There's a lot of meat on the bone here—production chains for days and a tech tree that actually requires planning. It's refreshing to see a mobile strategy game that doesn't treat the player like an idiot. It’s hard, it’s micromanagement-heavy, and your people will die because you forgot to build enough coats for the winter.

But the port is messy. Trying to manage complex logistics with fat fingers on a 6-inch screen is an exercise in frustration. The text is too small, and the menus are cluttered. It clearly wasn't designed for mobile first. If you're on an iPad, it's a 75. On a phone? It's a headache. Plus, it’s a bit of a battery hog. Good game, flawed execution for the platform.
