I followed every step of the verification process, provided proof of identity, and successfully linked my debit card. However, when I finally won a significant prize and tried to link my bank account to redeem my winnings, the system suddenly stopped accepting my bank information.
What followed has been nothing short of frustrating. Customer support has been virtually unreachable — I’ve sent multiple emails and received no responses. It feels as though the platform is intentionally making the withdrawal process difficult, encouraging users to continue playing rather than honoring payouts.
Despite fulfilling every requirement laid out by their system, I’m still unable to access the money I rightfully won. The lack of transparency and support makes the entire experience feel like a deliberate ploy to drain players of their funds.

Horrible Customer Service

This company would get zero stars if I I couldn’t hbut when I went to make my first cash prize redemption I was asked to provide a non/reloadable gift card for verification. When I told them I do not have this card, they asked for “bank statements.” Bank statements for a prepaid debit card do not exist nor do I have any way of looking at the transaction history since the card is long since gone from my possession. I told them this and have been waiting DAYS for a response with no luck. Now I can’t even find a way to contact them - Try better Casino’s like Crown Coin or High Five. It is insane how difficult it is to reach their “customer support” team.
