Rad Trails is a solid mountain biking game that leans more toward the arcade side than pure simulation. As someone who enjoys physics-based racers like Trials, I found the momentum mechanics in Rad Trails to be quite satisfying. Nailing a perfect landing after a massive jump feels rewarding, and the trail designs often require you to actually manage your speed rather than just holding down the 'go' button.

The low-poly art style is clean and keeps the frame rate high, which is essential for a game that demands quick reactions. While the customization options for bikes and riders are a bit thin compared to larger titles, the core gameplay loop of mastering each trail to shave off seconds is strong. It's a great 'pick up and play' title for fans of extreme sports.
