Great game! But..

It’s hard but fun and I have made it to level 2150, but as soon as had I hit level 2100 it feels like the game went from a fun kind of challenging to a ridiculous frustrating kind of hard. Even if I pass a level, the next level takes all of my lives and feels almost impossible to pass, like when I used to be able to play and pass between 50-75 levels a day now I’m lucky to pass 15 levels a day. I can’t even participate in any of the events anymore because there’s not a point in doing so if you’re just stuck on the same level for half the day.
I dont want to delete it but I’m not even relaxed playing this anymore, I’m just frustrated.
Being such a high level it’s expected to have a lot of difficulty, but this feels like too much.
For example, I’m stuck on a level that requires you to collect 5 different types of bread. But it’s impossible to pass because a lot of the breads face down so it all looks identical and you can’t see the colored top. For things like that, there needs to be a way to tell it all apart even if it’s facing the wrong way.
Not like the ads
Sun Jun 01 2025 Conni2youIn this game, you do have to match three of the same thing in order to clear them off the board and it gives you a list of everything that it wants cleared. Often times there will be extra items mixed in with the required items and you can clear them away, but they don’t count towards anything. That is the only thing that looks similar to the ads. The thing that does not show up in any of the levels that I’ve played like you see in the ads and I’ve played somewhere in the neighborhood of 600 levels is a person in peril if you don’t clear away all the items and keep them from getting crushed, drowned, burned, or whatever other things they show in the ads. Now, with all of this being said it is still an enjoyable game, which is why I gave it four stars. I just don’t like that the ad is misleading. The one thing I don’t care for about the game is that you tend to have to use coins to give you a little extra time or to revive you and it’s not very easy to build up coins in the game through regular play and the cost of the coins if you wanna purchase them is rather pricey. I want to say it’s like eight dollars. just for 500 coins and if you’re having a bad run, you can burn through 500 coins in five or 10 minutes. Overall, it’s a good game but just try to avoid the in app purchases because they add up quick and they don’t charge it right away… They let a few add up over a few days and then hit your bank account for the total.
Rip off/ false advertisement
Sun Aug 31 2025 Carito & MichaelI’m in level 3652. I know is a very high level and the higher the better, and I got very invested in this game and I have spent a lot of money and time in it.
I have reached out to them and asked them how is it, my husband and I both have iPhones and his almost in level 2000 and even though he has never spend money on this game, he gets everything before I do. Like months before. Like the super ball and for the sales? His is $. 99 cents and his prize was 1000 coins and other perks. Mines was $6.99 same sale but instead of 1000 coins, my prize was 500 coins? How is that fair? My regular levels are like a super hard level. And to get the super ball you need to win 10 games and I always get it on an ultimate difficult level and don’t even stand a chance to keep it. It’s so hard because the level is so full of things and I only get like 2 minutes even with power ups, adding extra time, but I lose and never get to play with the super ball, once I lose it the next try keeps getting less and less and I ask myself if it was this much from the beginning I would of been able to keep the super ball. It’s so addictive and no matter how bad I don’t want to play anymore, it’s hard. But I’m sure that spending any more money like I used to and it takes me sometimes couple days to pass one level.
They wrote back to me and said everyone experience is different so I guess I got the worst version and my husband got the best one. So disappointing.
Fun but requires money
Sat Feb 01 2025 ManymoparsThis game is fun, but it requires you spend money to get beyond a certain point. If you play this game a couple times a day, you will enjoy it for about 2-3 days and then you will simply hate it. The puzzles become way too hard to beat unless you use boosts and there simply isn’t any way to acquire boosts other than spending money. You get one daily prize, but all of the other boosts require you beat several puzzles to get boosts. Even the side game that allows you to get boosts requires you beat so many levels so you can even play it. Plus the total score you need to get any boosts from that side game is so high, it takes dozens of tries to reach the goal. Basically, if you don’t want to spend money to win, avoid this game.
The game can be very challenging since the pieces continue to move when you remove an item and a lot of times the piece you are trying to select has another piece fall in front of it just as you try to select the piece. It seems that the higher levels tend to have this happen more than the lower ones. The developers trick in in the beginning by giving you plenty of boosts for doing very little, but that changes as the levels get higher and more difficult. I am all for a developer making money on their game, but I have played other games like this that get you hooked and then make you have to spend money if you want to continue. I just deleted the game and will look for something else to play.
Glitchy
Thu Jan 30 2025 We Want RewardsI really enjoy this game, but have had a lot of problems with glitching. When clicking on my third match to clear the object, it magically disappears or completely moves somewhere else on the board! I have reported the problem to them and they aren’t the least bit concerned! I have spent an insane boat load of money to get extra coins, time, and power ups because I thought it was me with the problem, just to realize it’s a glitch , or maybe just a way for them to make money!!! I’ve also noticed on the hard levels, usually when I have a full toolbox, I will click on the rockets and hour glasses to clear them, but it actually clicks on something completely different, filling up the bar at the bottom and resulting in me having to start all over again, and losing all the power ups in my toolbox!!! I’ve also experienced the screen/objects bouncing, making it impossible to play! And I also haven’t received all my power ups/ extra time I was supposed to be awarded! “Support” told me to reach out to Apple for a refund, which I did, but they say it’s not eligible for a refund, and won’t say why. To say I’m livid is an understatement! I want a refund, but they say they can’t issue me one, which I think is a load of rubbish!!! They’re greedy, and I will do my best to expose them to the best of my ability for their shady ways!!!
Fun game but…
Fri Feb 14 2025 KayUSMC75Update (Feb. 2025): I saw other reviewers saying this game cheats and didn’t really give it much thought until it happened to me quite a few times this week. I was getting all my boosters at the start of a level and the game kept adding items to spaces instead of instead of using the boosters. This last time I made sure my finger was directly on a rocket and even held my finger on the rocket for a few seconds and instead of the rocket being highlighted, an item below it was and then it was added to a space. Deleting this game after helping my team with the weekend challenge. Bad enough they’re making it impossible to win even their easy levels without spending money, but to cheat as well…disgusting. Downgrading my rating to one star just for the cheating. Forgot to mention items jittering around like someone with a nervous tick and how slowly they’re placed in a space when you tap on them.
This game is fun but it can get so frustrating at times. The really difficult levels are such that you need to spend money to pass them, which I’ve done a few times. But the really frustrating part is when you fail a level, you are not given the option to view the board to see how many items you have left to collect so you can decide if you want to use your precious coins to for extra time.
What happened?!
Mon Sep 01 2025 gimme_a_martiniI used to love this game. Very fun and addictive. I am on level 6772, so yeah, I have played this game a lot. But recently there have been changes and I simply cannot play or recommend. You used to be able to get coins and power ups fairly easily with regular game play. Not a ton, but enough to boost you through very hard levels. Levels that were easy or hard even you could get past without power ups. Since they recently introduced the “super ball” (supposed to trigger intermittently during the game to remove objects) the game has become a lot harder. Even the simple, easy levels have become more cluttered and with very tiny items to find which means you will need more time, but you don’t accumulate power ups as quickly so now you have to spend actual money to get coins to continue the level or buy packages of in game power ups. This was not how the game was initially. Easy levels had normal sized objects. How can you call a level basic and put extremely small item and more larger items together!? I get it, they are out to make money, but to introduce a “supper ball” and then make the levels harder is a total lie and absolute greed. It is insulting that they thought some people would not catch on. Luckily I have found a similar game by a different developer that is everything this game used to be.
Deceptive and poor tech support
Sun Jun 30 2024 MMMM10171017I had played another match game that was wonderful, in fact if you haven’t played it yet , do it. It’s Mahjong Treasure Quest. But this review isn’t about that except for one point. In previous said game I had a bug where i lost some levels when I updated it and connected it through Facebook and couldn’t complete each section to move to the next set of levels. They told me all I had to do is give them my user id and they would fix it for me and they did it less in 24 hours. I tried to link games through two devices in this game , the exact same issue as the other game. I accidentally set it to the first level that was on the phone but not the iPad. So I expected like the other game, they’d be able to fix it for me. Not the case. They said they don’t have the capability because it’s new. That wasn’t great to hear, so I’m deleting the app. Makes no sense they don’t have this capability. It’s probably just bait to get you to play levels again and buy boosts and coins. And the way too many amount of ads in this game compared to other games. I get the idea of ads and supporting the game but the amount and length of ads is way too excessive. And I concur with the deceptive advertising displaying games and levels that don’t exist. Don’t fall for it and download this game.
Fun when you can pass the levels
Fri Jan 31 2025 Wisegirl55This game is actually pretty fun but some of the levels are next to impossible to pass even with power ups. I haven’t spent any money on the game but it’s not too hard to get power ups IF you’re able to pass the levels. I’ve been stuck on one super hard level for a week now and I have no coins/power ups left and have very few chances to earn them without spending money. I get needing to make things hard but this has happened a few times now where I’ve gotten so stuck and unable to move forward. My biggest complaint is honestly the time limit they impose on the levels it’s like they purposefully make it too short so you have to use power ups or coins to extend the time. It’s very frustrating because the game is unplayable and not fun at all when this happens and it’s been happening more and more. I’d say it’s good for like two weeks before the fun starts declining as there’s more hard levels.
EDIT: The developers are just copying and pasting the same message under all the negative reviews to “please remember that you can pass levels without spending money” when my whole review (and others) are saying this is not the case. Dropping this to a one star and deleting the app, this is just disrespectful and not helpful at all.

Wed Feb 07 2024 MJSS50This game started off very relaxing and that is the point. You keep playing and build levels until you get to certain levels that are impossible to pass without boosters. They say you can pass any level without spending a dime, of course you can… with boosters. But when you have no boosters and you are stuck on a level for weeks on end, it gets very annoying and boring looking at the same thing so it makes you not want to play. Level 500 for example, there are too many items to have to click on for the little amount of time you have without boosters. If you have no boosters and you are stuck on a level, the only way to do it is to purchase them. Unless you want to spend a ton of money to keep going the game will eventually come to an end for you. I have also seen my time jump forward literally going from 43 seconds left to 13 seconds left. Is this a glitch? This is only just a game but when they make it to where you have to rely on others to play after five lives, and you have to wait a long time in between each life, you just lose interest. People would hang around and play longer if they could and I do not understand why the creators do not see this, don’t waste your time.
