Y’all need to put a 24 hours timer on new players who’s joining a new team, we just lost our bowl game because 3 random level 300+ join the opponents team and start doing 50x instantly that’s not fair one bit to call in reinforcements just to win a match then they go right back to their normal team like it’s nothing players that do that need a time limit on actually being able to put up yards just my input

I could be missing something entirely, I will say that out of fairness. I feel like I get the most out of most games I play, and I can have fun with some seriously simple stuff, but it wouldn’t be the first time I under/over thought something and completely missed the point of a game. But assuming what I just saw was what I get….holy smokes this is easily and brothers I mean EASILY the worst, least fun 5 minutes I’ve ever had and you’ve got to believe me when I tell you that’s saying something.
Absolutely ZERO redeeming quality, and unless the game gets drastically different from the intro (I would have no way of knowing since I ran out of “energy” before the “training” was done) this could easily go down as the worst game I’ve ever played ever. Hard to even call what I just did a game. I’m sure there are worse games out there, I have just not seen them or played them yet. Cheers.

The community, which is a good and active community, has made the issue about the scoring system known but no effort has been made into changing it. The way you gain yards is also bad, just a slot machine. You probably have better odds to win at a casino than to get what you need, there is no skill needed to play and is all luck based.
To add, the UI is barebones yet something still feels weird about it. Still a little funky at times, certain buttons on certain pages take you somewhere you don’t wanna go. This is among some of the lesser issues.
All in all, the games design is very poor and has nothing to do with the sport of American Football like it advertises. It’s designed to be pay to win, which it doesn’t deserve to be. You shouldn’t waste your time here and look elsewhere for a mobile game.

Spent a couple hundred dollars, because the game can be very competitive, and I like competition so why not. Then out of nowhere, the game would not let me login. Just says if there’s a network issue, but if I login as a guest, it lets me login just trying to make a new account. But if I try to link back to my Facebook account to bring my account back, it goes right back to network issue.
***update: the issue was fixed fortunately. It did take about a week, but I’m glad anyways.

However the customer service is horrible the game had maintenance issues and everyone let them know with a picture for proof and they wrote us all back and said it was our fault connection issues or clear the cache The gold is very expensive they need to revamp and rethink the way they handle their customer service. Myself along with everyone else was screwed out of rewards as well Go to Facebook and look up the groups and see for yourself BEFORE you download and commit to this game !! They want you to spend money but it cost to much for as much as you need to play and win!! Good luck I’ll leave updates if it gets better. ( fingers crossed)

No one knows the difference between getting a field goal or touchdown, or scoring and not scoring at all. Is it ALL just random chance? Seems kind of unfair to just be random. But not as unfair as being put in leagues or tournaments with teams made up of players ALL with more than double your teams experience level. Lost games to teams we had no chance against and took all the fun out of it.

There’s literally no incentive to level up, as the rewards for reaching level 25 are the same as for level 600. This makes the whole progression feel pointless.
Additionally, the gameplay lacks depth. There should be options to strategize for field goals or touchdowns, but instead, the choices feel very limited. The scoring system is also incredibly frustrating. I’ve had instances where one team racks up over 1 million yards while the other barely hits 1,000, and yet, with a supposed 90% chance of scoring, my team still fails to get points. It’s inconsistent and leaves you feeling cheated.
Overall, the scoring system needs a serious overhaul, and the lack of meaningful progression really drags down what could be an enjoyable game. I expected more from this title.
Ripped off & never refunded during the last training after spending money!!

Game gives you fake energy, makes you waste it during completely worthless “training” can’t even play the base game until you buy energy or wait for it to build up organically. I’ve played a ton of mini clip games and they used to be fun engaging and quick to get to the main game but I guess their investors are demanding quicker and more aggressive funneling to microtransactions. Sad to see honestly. Wants your login to Facebook so bad. Absolute trash. Would be laughable on any other platform.
Support basically told me “oh well” when game didn’t give me items i purchased

I contacted support and was told due to terms we do not refund or give virtual items to plays because if a technical issue. Proceeded to say sorry for any troubles it caused but since there is nothing more to say we will now close this ticket and mark it as completed. Play the game but I warn you do not spend any money. These companies write these terms and conditions that gives you the right to steal and not be held accountable.
