Dealer's Life 2 is a brilliantly funny and deep pawn shop simulator. It takes the premise of shows like Pawn Stars and turns it into a high-stakes negotiation game. The core of the game is the dialogue system—reading a customer's personality to decide whether to low-ball them or play it safe is a constant thrill. The procedural generation of items and customers means that you truly never know who is going to walk through the door.

The humor is top-tier, filled with pop-culture references and eccentric characters that make the world feel alive. Beyond the shop floor, you have to manage your employees, bid on storage units, and even deal with shady underground auctions. It’s a deep management sim that doesn't take itself too seriously, providing a satisfying sense of progression as you move from a rundown shack to a luxury auction house.

Dinsun here. I don't usually care for 'funny' tycoon games—the humor often masks a lack of mechanics—but Dealer's Life 2 actually has some bones. The negotiation engine isn't just a slider; you have to pay attention to character traits and item history. It's got that old-school management feel where your decisions actually lead to bankruptcy if you're careless.

My main gripe is the repetition. Even with 'infinite' customers, you start seeing the patterns in the AI's logic after a few hours. It’s better than the first one, and it respects the player's intelligence by throwing fakes at you that actually require some scrutiny. It’s a solid time-waster, but don't expect it to change your life.
