If you've played Duet Cats, you'll feel right at home with Cat World Music Game—perhaps a bit too much at home, as it wears its inspirations very clearly. However, for cat lovers, more 'meowing' music is never a bad thing. The gameplay is the standard 'tap and slide' rhythm style, but with the added cuteness of feeding and caring for cats. The ASMR-style meows are surprisingly relaxing, and the song selection covers everything from K-Pop to Anime themes.

The animation is simple but effective, and the leaderboards add a bit of competitive spice. It's a lighthearted, 'kawaii' experience that doesn't demand too much from the player.
