Bear Party is what happens when a developer sees a popular trend and decides to do the bare minimum to replicate it. It’s essentially Fall Guys with bears. The physics are 'floaty' in a way that feels cheap rather than intentional, making precise jumps a matter of luck more than skill. As a 40-year-old who values tight controls, this was a frustrating experience.
The mini-games are uninspired—running through walls that might be fake, jumping over rotating bars, the usual suspects. It’s colorful and might keep a toddler occupied for a few minutes, but for any serious gamer, the lack of depth and the presence of bots in 'multiplayer' matches is a dealbreaker. It’s a discount version of a better game. Don't bother with the imitation; just play the original if you want this kind of fun.
