This game has fixed my marriage
Sun Nov 12 2023 KerculesBefore Suika, also known simply as “watermelon game,” my marriage was—bluntly—falling apart. Me and my wife had not been talking for days when I downloaded Suika, and we had not touched each other in years. That was, of course, until I downloaded Suika. My wife came home one day and happens to glands the game over my shoulder whilst I sat on the couch—which was also my bed at the time—playing, working to get a high score and create the fabled and titular watermelon. Instantly entranced by the game and my skill at playing it, my wife sat down next to me to watch me play—the closest she had voluntarily gotten to me in weeks. Her presence gave me the motivation and drive to complete the games challenge and create a watermelon; a feat so impressive to her that we, well, ahem, found ourselves upstairs shortly after ;). Overall fantastic game, stellar core gameplay loop, a difficulty curve rivaling dark souls, and the best story I’ve experienced in a game since bioshock.
If all the presidents played this game we’d have world peace
Sun Dec 03 2023 CC da kittyThis game is so fricking amazing. I could just blast some music and play this game and it just makes me feel like I could just breathe for a second and be a kid again. (Not saying this game is for kids it’s for everyone). Me and my mom will play this game and if you didn’t stop us we’d go until 2:48AM 😂 it’s so addicting and it isn’t pay to win at all. I see what the hype is and I have NO REGRETS downloading this. The game develpor is so nice cuz there is barely any ads and the game is free so it isn’t making much money other than the skins and stuff in the shop. Overall the developers are so kind not to include a million ads like other mobile games. I have no complains at all. PLEASE DOWNLOAD THIS GAME IT WILL SOLVE ALL YOUR PROBLEMS!
Changes in opinion with the latest update
Thu Dec 14 2023 Jupiter juneThis was a really good game, until the latest update with the skin change and others, I miss the Asian pear, the orange, tangerine, Cherry, and strawberry. Other then that this game is really good, but still. Also with the new profile for the app, really knocks me off, and the score gives less seeds then before. Really the thing that bums me out a lot though, is that it needs WiFi in order to play now :( so that’s sad. Mostly it’s the skins I don’t like in my opinion, but the rescue mode is bugged out, I always get an ad when I go on that mode when I try to restart it, and the ad drops the fruit- bugging the game and not letting me play the mode. They even decided to put the strawberry skin on the wheel tutorial which made me even more disappointed. The ad pictures on this with the last one had an old skin with the tangerine in the winter skin. I’m really disappointed with this update and might not play it anymore, but hopefully this changes (at least the bugs) and I can play it again.

Combine your fruit into better fruit in pursuit if the ever elusive watermelon, like a totally cool dude! Get addicted like never before in repeated failed attempts at seeing what happens when two watermelons combine! Will they turn into a square watermelon? Maybe a jackfruit? Maybe your phone self-destructs into a sweet fruit scented munshroom cloud of delicious catastrophic destruction? There’s only one way to find out! (Also you can use in game points to make your fruits have little cat faces and there aren't very many adds at all)
why are the fruits changed
Thu Jan 11 2024 gxtmxni absolutely adore this games it’s addicting, fun, and it WAS adorable. i found myself opening it after a while of not playing and the fruits look completely different! what happened! i’ve literally never even written a review before but i’m o sad that the fruits are not as cute as they used to be and that they’ve changed like who’s idea was it. i hate it most of the fruits are uglier now why would y’all change it pls put it back 😭😭😭😭

Mon Dec 18 2023 elian eeI love this game so much. I’ve told everyone about it, my boyfriend, family, and coworkers - all become addicted ! I’m also so greatful you have made it free ! I’m just removing two stars because of the fruit-skin changes. i think it’s a really good idea more fruit were added, but to change the skins all together wasn’t a great idea. It might be a fun challenge for seasoned users but now I feel this comfort game has turned into an unfamiliar thing all over again. Also would like if different play-styles or mini games were added instead of just mixing up the aesthetic. I like the idea of there being more fruits but the old style was a lot cuter :(
Good, just the game is kinda laggy and rigged
Thu Nov 16 2023 SyvarnalFirst of all. This game is really good, but tbh the way the fruits move is just rigged. I once had a peach move to the left, when it was supposed to go to the right and merge. This game is good, but even if the creator of this app didnt make it themselves, at least tell the original owner to fix it. Also every like 10 seconds i get a small lag spike and it makes me drop something bad into not where i want, Overall it is really good other than that two things. Would recommend if you dont care about those two things i was talking about.

Thu Dec 21 2023 lucky_miss_jessThis game was so cute before the visual update. The facial expressions are creepy now, especially the green grape. Looks a bit pervy. The vibration and music don’t seem to work for me either. And I wish there was a little option to shake the fruits so they’d rearrange. But otherwise, it’s fun and I’m still playing. Even though the faces creep me out now.
Updated review: They fixed the art, thank goodness!
