I don’t usually go for 'cozy' games—I prefer things that actually challenge me—but I can see why Perfect Tidy has its fans. It’s essentially a compilation of 'satisfying' TikTok videos turned into interactive puzzles. You wash a rug, you arrange some pencils, you peel a sticker. It’s low-stakes, low-stress, and high-reward for the part of the brain that likes things in straight lines.
The problem is that it’s barely a game. There’s no failure state, and the puzzles are so simple that a toddler could solve them. It’s a sensory experience more than a mental one. The ASMR sounds are well-done, and the art style is clean, but it wears thin quickly. It’s the kind of thing you play for five minutes before bed to turn your brain off. It’s well-executed for its niche, but it’s definitely not for someone looking for depth or complexity. It’s a tool for relaxation, nothing more.
