Sat Oct 11 2025 earnej1I do enjoy this game. Only giving it 3 stars because there are some issues. I get it’s designed to get you to buy things. What I find really frustrating is you wind up wasting energy that you do purchase in getting items that no one is ordering. then these items sit on your board. I wish there was an option to reverse a merge. Often times i end up merging things to make room then get frustrated because someone will pop up with an order of something i just merged. If these things were implemented i would give it 5 stars. Also it takes too long for the energy to recharge. Again, i get the game is designed to make it appealing to purchase in app purchases, it is just frustrating to the players who don’t want to spend a bunch of money daily on a game.
Bad Customer Service
Fri Oct 10 2025 Cougs420I loved playing this game. I ended up purchasing an autumn VIP pass yesterday morning 10/9 for $9.99 as there were 20+ days left in the event at that time. The pass would get me more prizes. When I logged back on the same evening the event was suddenly over and a new Halloween event started. I contacted customer service and they refuse to refund me the $9.99 I spent and I used their pass for less than 12 hours not the expected 20+ days. I even asked if they would transfer the pass to the new event and they refused. I regret ever spending money on this game and do not recommend anyone else to do so. If there are any issues they will do nothing to help out their customers. Here’s to hoping Apple will help me get a refund or I may have to escalate the issue. Also did not see a way to contact the company from the game creators website.
Invasive ads
Tue Jun 14 2022 KBrooke01I used to love this game, but the new ad types are enough to make me quit. It has the regular ads that pop up occasionally, don’t mind those, but now it also has a pop up OFTEN on items asking you to upgrade the item by watching an ad, and it interrupts your game play, needs an additional click to move forward, and a balloon that flies annoyingly around your screen offering you a random item to watch the ad. Other merge games will have a bubble pop up with a copy of the item you just made and you have x amount of time to watch an ad to get that item, that’s far less invasive and annoying and can have the same result as what you’re trying to do. I understand ads are how the game makes profit, but this is a bad way to incorporate them.
Disappointing

You can only pick one decor options unless you’re willing to spend diamonds or watch an add to unlock the other two. In the end, the room looks weird and doesn’t match at all. There are also tons of adds and it’s hard to play for 5 minutes without getting frustrated. I’ve also seen other games with the same room designs, so it wasn’t fun when you knew what to expect. This game definitely has room for improvements.

My friend had this game and it just turns to ice it’s not my phone on everything else it doesn’t only this game. But it’s a very fun game. If you mind There maybe less levels so if wanted add some more levels. That’s all I have hope everything goes alright with this game!😜😕
Sad to have finished
Mon Nov 25 2024 KikaruuThere were a few small complaints I could make about this game but, especially now that I’ve finished that last level it appears, I am very sad to be uninstalling and searching for a replacement :/ please make more levels! I don’t even play everyday and I finished in like less than 6 months lol

Sun Aug 10 2025 AACKCI really like this game, but it takes way to long to earn the lightening bolts that allow you to actually play! It’s fun and easy to learn, but if unless you want to pay money in order to play, plan to spend A LOT of time waiting!
My suggestion, increase the number of lightening bolts earned in 2 minutes and/or require fewer matches to earn coins AND allow more than 100 lightening bolts to accumulate. This would make the game so much more fun!
No new levels, no update available
Tue Dec 26 2023 flausa97I really love this game and would give it 5 stars except for the fact that even though I’m only on level 17, the game has been stalled for over a month. The game states “an update will be coming soon”, but it has already been 5 weeks. I wrote a couple of times within the game but have not heard back.
What Happened
Tue Jun 06 2023 lily's greatI thoroughly enjoyed playing this game every day but I soon completed all of the renovations and was patiently waiting for the update, which they assured was going to be coming out soon.
Well, it’s been almost a year and no updates other then side quests. Did you just stop making updates or something because it sure seems like this is an orphaned game.
I would have given more stars if I wasn’t so frustrated waiting for new content.
