Please either make them smaller or put score boxes on the bottom so as not to interfere with the playing of the game. April 18, 2023 Thanks. The game is not loading on my iPad. I have to click on the app about 10 times or more and if I'm lucky, it will come on. What is the matter...is it new updates or is it from Rovio? Losing my patience😩

Angry Birds creators are not listening....the score boxes are covering parts of the game because they're too big. The difficulty of the game has increased to the point of frustration and considering quitting! When he run of playing becomes too much of a chore to continue....then something needs to change. The fan feature is ridiculous and sometimes impossible to get good scores. Not happy

I am growing more frustrating with this game..the level of difficulty is ridiculous with not enough birds to get a score and having to keep doing it over and over and over is getting old quick. People are getting discouraged with repetition. I've been playing AB since the beginning and can't believe its difficulty is getting beyond .....☹️
And please make the score boxes on top......................S. M. A. L. L. E. R 🙄

For ab friends being one of the only classic angry birds games still around that is already worth a star on my review because I love all the classic angry birds games just the concept of slingshoting birds at pigs was always enjoyable I especially love the concept of infinite levels this one has just playing a bunch of different levels in the form of tournaments is amazing and how these levels are made is even cooler, I would love to see an official angry birds level maker uploaded to the App Store anyways I love how the birds are more powerful than ever before and the art style is pretty good my only problem comes with how hard the levels can be which isn’t really much of a problem that you can fix because games like this require the difficulty and my final point is how I’m not a fan of the recent updates I don’t like how the amount of levels required to beat before reaching the tournament was increased and how there is a useless feature occasionally added like blues tallest tower which would be better if you let the player decorate the tower anyways that was my review and I’m honestly more impressed with the game than I thought I was going to be so I have to give a close to 5 star review.
Game glitch
Tue Jan 13 2026 jacks1315While playing BLUES TOWER and playing level 299, right before I would have played one more level for 600 coins, the game glitched on me and I screen recorded it going in and out but not closing the game hoping it would figure itself out, then finally had to shut down. I lost my place after weeks of not spending money to finally get to the next save level, I had to close out and it bounced me back 13 levels. Even if I did poorly in those levels, I had 414 coins that would have helped me through. Instead the game glitched and dropped me down to level 286 and made me lose 600 coins. I have played this game for far too long for this to happen. Too many times this game has glitched in certain ways that has made me lose levels but not make me miss out on 600 coins and anyone knows that playing this, 600 extra coins can get you a long way. After having this app since 2015, almost 10 years, it’s time for me to quit and say goodbye. Game has been going on for far too long to continue to have portal glitches or game glitches that knock you down from losing slightly bigger pots of coins. Too many user to have so many problems the way you do. This isn’t to deter anyone from playing because it’s a great game. Just tired of the issues.
Closest to the original as I could find
Sun Jan 31 2021 Karah BarrettMy personal favorite version of angry birds is the original, no leveling up birds, no transformers, no battles version. Angry birds friends is the closest I could find. Rovio could you please release the old version where there were a bunch of themed level for each land? It is my favorite and it isn’t as overwhelming visually. I would really appreciate it. I mean what’s the harm? You could make it like retro angry birds and tons of people would go for it. I do like how you release new levels that change every few days and you try to score the highest, that adds a fun element but once you get to diamond level, there really isn’t anything to earn, there is no point. Maybe you should release more themed slingshots or add skins for your birds. You kind of level out on friends. I still play it for the changing levels but if it didn’t have that I would have gotten rid of it. Overall it’s a fun game but I would like it if you could take my suggestions into consideration, thanks!
Too many ads, too hard to earn powerups, & technical issues!
Fri Feb 04 2022 TexichicI have played AB Friends since it started. I LOVED it! Able to move up according to your skill. A couple years ago I stopped playing bc levels became too complex to win without powerups. They also added more levels so you run out of powerups with the extra levels. Unless you pay real money (I refuse) you can’t compete equally with those players who do. I watch ad after ad after ad, and still can’t get enough powerups to beat each level.
I would rather pay a reasonable amount for a fair game than watch all the ads.
My fave game has become too frustrating to play as is.
Also there’s an issue where after shooting last bird, the “End Level” and “Use Wingman” buttons cover up the playing area while the game is still going, so you can’t see what’s happening and then can’t make a decision on whether to use wingman or end the level.
This is happening on my iPad since the last update.

Well, OBVIOUSLY it is tricky ‘cause, I mean, if the game was simple, it would be like: you’re on level 37, and then, hooray, you won! How many shots did it take? And you answer: 0. Just plain 0! Can you believe it! I won!! NO, NO, NO! ABSOLUTELY NOT! But I would also like it for y’all to make a little bit simpler? Y’know, for the sake of those who love AB but aren’t really that good at it? But, for those that DO know it? Come on! Make it, at least like, in the middle. Not too hard, not too simple. Just, like, in between those 2 options. But make it hard & simple (in the middle) (at the same time), please.

Great game but..
Sat Jan 01 2022 sgabriel33Love the game really fun, I love the tournaments. Every time it’s creative and I love when the levels reflect certain holidays. My only issue is recently with this last update I’ve noticed I’m not getting my rewards when I complete a level and get 3 stars. I should be getting 8 coins each time and it shows that I should get it but my coins never update to show the new amount. It’s really annoying, I think I’m owed over 50 extra coins that I never got at this point.
Edit: This is like a year later and still having the same issues the coins I should have. Now none of the coins I earn are updating into my “bank”, it keeps playing the little clip where the coins get added up at the end of the weekly challenge over and over and over but when I try to use them while playing a level, my coins aren’t there. Get it together developers my god!
Pros and cons
Sat Nov 22 2025 grundskiI think its a great game. Not a fan of re-used levels but I get it. If you screw up, try again. The one thing all developers out there should learn from AB…. Stop limiting lives and making us purchase lives. AB has never limited play. They aren’t our parents. Been playing friends as long as AB has been around. Two things that could be better. 1. If I am willing to watch ads for power ups, let me. Stop limiting that. Maybe you don’t earn as much as if I pay. But it’s something. 2. Go back to the old rewards amounts. You sold your soul to the devil devil and effed your loyal players for greed. I won’t spend money, the value of what I get in the game is just not there. AB has become greedy and it shows. Levels are harder to score on, not kill piggies, but three stars. All in the name of making more money like everthing else in the world. For the greed, 3 stars. Would have been five if you didn’t sell your soul.
