Airport Security is a fun, lighthearted take on a serious job. It reminds me of a simplified 'Papers, Please' but with more 3D interaction. Scanning bags to find hidden snakes or illicit electronics is genuinely engaging, and the 'Spot the Difference' aspect of checking passports keeps you on your toes.
The humor in the game—like the ridiculous items people try to smuggle—prevents it from feeling like actual work. It’s a great 'coffee break' game that challenges your observation skills without being overly stressful. The ads can be frequent, but the core gameplay is unique enough to keep it installed.
Kingdom Rush is the gold standard for TD games, and Vengeance doesn't disappoint. The twist of playing the villain is a nice change of pace. However, the tower system has been simplified—no more branching paths, just individual tower types. It feels a bit less strategic than the originals. On Apple Arcade, it’s a steal since all the premium towers and heroes are included. It’s polished, tough, and looks great.
Performance: Runs perfectly; very polished technical experience.
Buy if: You love high-quality tower defense with plenty of personality.
Skip if: You prefer tower defense with deep branching tech trees.
Available on: Mac, iPhone, iPad, iPod
Airport Security puts you in charge of the checkpoint. You must use X-ray machines to find contraband, cross-reference passport details with passenger faces, and interrogate suspicious individuals. From petty smugglers to dangerous fugitives, it's up to you to decide who gets to fly and who goes to jail. Experience the pressure of a real security officer in this engaging simulation.

When a passenger gives conflicting info, choose the 'Pressure' option to uncover the truth and find hidden items.
