Sat Jan 17 2026 ..oxy..Unfortunately this app is a big miss on the quality and functionality that I’ve come to expect from this brand. As a developer/designer, I think this app needs a full UI/UX overhaul if it wants to be successful in a crowded mobile entertainment environment. The resolution isn’t dynamic, the menu UX is jarring and lacking, and the entire app experience lacks cohesion. I could go on…it just isn’t an enjoyable experience. The core content is a good foundation to build on and seems to be on brand, my guess is this was at least partially outsourced, it’s just not up to par. Love the vision and intention of app and hope it evolves. Rooting for you Chick fil A. 💪

Mon Dec 02 2024 my play home fanI really love this app. I’ve been on it ever since they released it. However I do have some suggestions for you guys. I noticed that and you guys don’t have that many games and I was hoping that you could add some more. they don’t need to be that Advanced. Maybe a dress up game or something that you could dress up The cows. Number two. I would like there to be a way that you could turn off the Spanish translations when you listen to the stories. Because it interferes with the story in my opinion. Last thing I just wanted to point out is when you click on play, I noticed that there was the car from the play place at Chick-fil-A. I would also like it if you could make An online replica of that play place. I’m too old for that playground now and I never got to go in person because the Location with a playgroundWas too far away from us and whenever we did go and use the drive-through🥺. But I always begged my dad if we could go there. That’s all I really have to say. good app😊😊

Every time we open the app it shuts itself down. We’re not sure what happened. We tried to update it. We even tried to uninstall it and then install it again so if someone could please help my children have been looking forward to Evergreen Hills since last year

Tue Jan 21 2025 paul conrevWell, i tested this app out for myself, and it isn’t half bad, except for one issue: it’s very laggy and constantly crashing/freezing Just saying that when i tried to play the "Go Go Cow" game, it froze midway on a white screen, so i had to close out the app If you guys can at least patch up this issue for everyone else, thank you for your time, but if not, just stick to making chicken patties

We would watch an episode before bedtime every day this holiday season. They looked forward to the new episode being released every week. The video quality is very high and well done. Well done!

Mon Mar 17 2025 A regular joe blowMy six-year-old noticed how this app can't keep up with other digital content that he has been exposed to. The only thing I know to compare it to is PBS games/videos and this is on a much smaller scale. Some of the videos just don't play some of the games just freeze. It's more frustrating than fun, but I'm really hoping they get their act together because the graphics are so cute and there's a lot of potential.

Sun Nov 24 2024 Gabor the Blind GuyI love all things Chick-fil-A, so I was very excited to download this new app. I am blind, so I wasn’t expecting much, but I was still interested in listening to the short films they’ve been advertising. I was very sad to discover that this app is not accessible for the blind or visually impaired at all. Buttons are not easily found or clickable when VoiceOver is turned on. When you do manage to click on the links nothing happens. I would gladly give this app 5 stars once they make it more accessible to us in the blind and visually impaired communities.
